Kansas always wins the Big 12 in basketball.

Oklahoma always wins the Big 12 in football.

Does this make it hard to be a Longhorns fan?

you do realize that UT has won the Big 12 in football 2-3 times already right? Also, UT did win the National Championship in football in 2005, and in baseball a few times this decade, as well as several other championships in lesser followed sports.

Kansas has had a great basketball program for many decades. UT has gotten better, but they have nowhere near the tradition of KU or OU.

I just get frustrated with their style of play. I am so sick of the helter skelter offense. It was annoying under Penders and it is annoying under Barnes. Yes, they win lots of games, but that is cause they are UT and get great players.

Why did they lose today against KU.......cause of their helter skelter offense...James is a 2nd half choke artist. Abrams is way too streaky. They force too many shots and often miss them. They turn the ball over way too much. Put the slightest bit of pressure on the ball and they crumble faster than a house of cards in a hurricane.

It makes it very tough to watch and root for them. I will not even use the excuse of Ford, Aldridge, or Durant leaving early. UNC and several other schools have players who bolt early and they are still top tier teams.

It all comes down to coaching and style of play. Stop playing like the Suns and start playing like the Spurs. Give me a consistent half court, inside out attack. Give me stout halfcourt defense. Give me substance over flash.

BTW, the Horns have won more this decade than the Blazers have in 3. Also, you bash the Horns, and your best Big is a Horn. typical tlong....nothing but a troll.

Sorry. I guess they're 3rd in basketball. After Kansas and Oklahoma.

No...it doesn't suck watching OU lose bowl games year in and year out.

Looks like the economic crisis has hammered tlongII's troll material as well.

All too often these days it's automatic: tlongII = fail.

It's a shame really.

How many national championships does whatever school you go to have?

Seriously, I don't even know what school that little gay logo you have represents.

Portland State hasn't won jack nor shit the last time I checked.

At least my school Rice has a baseball title.

This is like a Clippers fan talking shit to a Lakers fan.

Or for that matter, a Trailblazers fan talking shit to a Spurs fan. Just don't do it. You've already lost.

There are worse places to be than 2nd all the time. It's definitely better than kissing collies.

2nd in number of baseball national championships won (1st in most other win based baseball categories).

In that case it's pretty easy being #2 in everything
