I think kidd because his decline has been a little more gradual. Although I still feel nash is better at this point.

Kidd

Nash is a fluke who has to be in a specific system to be effective as he was a few years ago.

Both have aged gracefully. There's nothing shocking about their declines, it's just expected with 35-36 YO PG's.

They're still very good, just borderline top 10 PG's instead of top 3... in part due to a lot of good young PG's in the league.

Nash is still a great sharpshooter and brilliant creator. Kidd's shooting 40% from behind the arc this year, still the top rebounding PG, and 2nd in the league in steals (overrated stat, but still).

They're still good, just not stars like they used to be.

Kidd has got to be one of the ugliest dues in the NBA. When I saw that last natl. dallas game I got flashbacks of the 50yr old dude who shows up at the courts with the headband and hitops.

Nash just looks like a lost Beatle.

Hard to say, Dantoni and Nash were a perfect match, now I don't see nash making the amazing assists he made in the past and seems more regular to me now. I think it has as much to do with the system/personnel as age.

Kidd has been a more steady decline, he'll keep you on track, but can't carry a team.

Why you do not trade an aging 35 yr slowing pt guard for a young 25 year old speedy pt guard with great handles.

Gracefully? None of the above.

Their roles have changed, that is the difference that fans of the Suns and Mavericks have to embrace. They are no longer the go-to guys, but rather good complimentary players.

Kidd. Nash is a system product. He's useless in a normal offense.

Was Rudy Gay for Battier really any better?
