Their next game against Dallas is crucial for them.
If they win it, they will be 3 games behind Dallas with the tie-breaker secured.

I would be really sad if they don't make it.:(

Unless they can somehow put things together it isn't looking too good for them, espceially if they lose to Dallas as Bruno pointed out.

But I hope they do and we get to play them since it would mean a series V for the Spurs.

I really hope they make the playoffs in that #8 spot. They won't beat LA but the physical pounding Gasol/Odom would take would be HUGE for the remainder of the playoffs.

Hell no. I heard Wilbon indicate the Suns would need to go something like 12-3 the remainder of the way to even tie the Mavericks for the final playoff spot. Their epitaph is being written, as we speak. They WILL NOT make the playoffs. Book it!

They can make the playoffs on account of the beloved Mavs' inconsistency.

I know its doom and gloom for the Suns right now but the Mavs have a 4 game road trip coming up, and they haven't won a road game since the ASB.

They MUST beat Dallas on Tuesday though. unfortunately I think they will because it seems like they're due for a win, and Dallas is terrible on the road.

Unless the Mavs slip up big time, then no.

i hope, like a lot of spurs fans, that they'll make it.

I'm sure they could eliminate some teams while i'm pretty confident the spurs would beat them as usual, especially with Stoudemire out.

Lakers vs Suns would be an interesting series.

Hope so. Rather see Shaq beating on Gasol and Bynum than watch Dirk taking fade away threes.

Fuck the mavs and that pussy face cuban. The suns have enough talent on that team to make a push for the POs. They need to get it together and quick.

i'd rather have the suns in then the mavs.

I hope they do. They would give the Lakers a little more of a challenge than Dallas. I know we just dropped one to the Mavs recently but that team is garbage. They really suck. Lots of talent and no heart. The only guy that shows a pulse is Terry and he's a prick.

lol @ propping up PHX but questioning the "heart" of Dallas.

Suns make playoffs or not?

Yes, if it means we have head up north to Little DallASS and kidnap Dirk & JET for a few games. I'd like to see Shaq make two more playoffs...one this season with the Suns and another next season here in SA to finish up his career. Knowing that ain't going to happen I would much rather see Shaq, Nash, Kerr and Gentry get that #8 spot and keep that dickless dickhead, Mark Cuban, crying in his own crap.

Are you kidding me ? Phoenix beat the Lakers just a week ago without Amare and you think its funny that I'm questioning the heart of the Mavs that lost to the OKC Thunder without Durant and Green ? That's funny.

BTW, Phoenix is terrible defensively but they are good enough to beat you in a few days. I say Phoenix wins easily.

Yes. Although both will lose, Shaq can take a toll on other bigs. Dallas can't really believe they can honestly make any sort of push at winning a first round series, unless Howard really starts playing out of his mind.

I don't think they can make the playoffs. If they do, La will have a really easy ride, and I'd prefer they play a tougher opponent. (I know Shaq is physical, but I mean the whole Suns-they are soft)

I question the heart of the Spurs for losing to a team that lost to the Thunder 2 nights before.
