Well probably he can but I still think Timmy is the real Mvp though
Once again, kobe, please don't be cocky:nope:nope
Timmy will beat you in WCF this year
See ya Kobe
lol wtf at the OP. I think Kobe is the MVP at this point. LeBron is right behind him at a minuscule distance.

The MVP argument should be between Kobe and Wade. Lebron shouldn't be a part of this discussion.

They haven't given the MVP to a player on a sub-50-win team since Moses Malone with the 1981-82 Rockets (46-36.) They're not going to break that precedent with D-Wade.
It's going to be either LeBron or Kobe. My guess is Kobe.
Someone will also have to explain to me why a shitty supporting cast is an asset to D-Wade's MVP chances in 2009, but a shitty supporting cast was a liability to LeBron's MVP chances in 2006 (the year he should have won it) and 2007.

Lebron=MVP 2009
Tim just = a basketball immortal, he's legendary in the league, and he has been there done that with MVP awards.
i would say lebron will win it. the media is on his side and his supporting cast still sucks. it took two all stars to call in sick before mo williams got the nod. cavs have also been mired in injuries (although arguably you can say that unless it's mo williams or lebron that's injured, injuries don't really phase them because everyone else sucks). yet they are at pace to win 60+ games which is a dramatic improvement from last year.
but wade is the true mvp.

D-Whistle the bitch should not be a part of the discussion.
Gotta win 50 to be a part of it.

It has't been awarded yet, so yes, he can.

Lebron won the award before the season started.

Nash got back to back MVP awards, neither of which he deserved. Kobe's a better player than Nash, and he's already got one MVP that he doesn't deserve, so why not?

Wad has been huge, but MVP always seems to go to a player in one of the top teams in the league.
By the looks of things, LeBron will get it.

I could care less if kobe's getting the MVP or not (and im sure neither does kobe)If he gets it great!! if not oh well!! what laker fans eyeing on is that final trophy called championship and parade celebration comes June. :lobt2:

Wade's the MVP this year. Lebron will probably win it because of the Cavs overall record, but DWade is carrying a 25-win ball club to within a game and a half of 4th place. He's the MVP in my book, and it really isn't even that close. Kobe's just kinda been on cruise control, and real talk, I don't even know why he's in the convo, aside from the Lakers' record. Kobe's an MVP type player, no doubt, but Wade is something else this year.

I definitely hope I am catching the Blue line to Fig to watch the parade.

Well if we're gonna follow the "success of your team" criteria still, then the MVP goes to LeBron.

Couldn't agree more...
Wade is something else this year. He was the MVP in the Olympics, but all we heard was how Lebron & Kobe carried that team.
Also when Wade scores 48 last night, the media had to nudge in how Lebron called and congratulated Wade after that game. :bang
I'm sick of the Kobe & Lebron cocksucking..

Maybe not in 2005 but def. 2006 he deserved it.

No, he didn't. He has more of an argument in 2005 when he made two teams better, the one he came to and the one he left.

Agreed. Kobe should have gotten the one in 2006 and Paul in 2008.
