West kinda sucks this year.
Similar to last season. Only difference is the Lakers being so dominant.

I dunno about that. 6 teams had 55+ wins last year.
This year it's gonna be 2 IMO.

The Lakers are still the team to beat in the West. Kobe is truly fucking unreal.

That's true, but maybe because the Lakers gave teams extra losses this season.

IMO, it has more to do with Gasol than Kobe. Kobe has been there the entire time.....but the addition of Gasol has made them so dominant. Adding Ariza to the starting lineup has also helped. The emergence of Powell off the bench has been huge for them, what with Sasha, Walton, and Farmar being so inconsistent this year, and Bynum being hurt.

BTW, the Spurs and Hornets need to catch up as far as games played. The Rockets to date have played 3 more than both of them.
I will be going for the Spurs, Rockets, Nets, and Grizzlies.
This would give the Spurs at least a 4 game advantage in the loss column over everyone from the 3 seed on back.
Im really hoping for a 4 + team tie at the end of the regular season.

We've got a favorable schedule over the next 6 games. 4 at home with road games at OKC and Phoenix. Definitely 6 games we should win. If we win the next 6, I think we're right back in the 3 spot.

nothing wrong with that, not a big fan of having you on the 1st round.

No offense to SA, because I fear and respect the hell out of them, but the longer Manu stays sidelined and Timmy stays crippled, the better that 7 seed is looking.

instead of looking at 10 tie-breakers, id love to see the NBA go to a 1 game playoff similar to the MLB
