He doesn't stop his dribble until he puts his left hand on the ball, and after that he only takes 1 more step. He clearly stays within the traveling rule.

His dribble was still active during those first 2 steps. Under the traveling rule, those steps mean nothing. All that matters is what he does after he's gathered the ball to stop his dribble. He takes one step after he ends his dribble.
