The guy is a freakin' monster.

11 minutes, 5 points, 8 boards, a steal, a block, and a sweet assist to TMass.

A frontline of Nazr, Duncan and Linton Johnson can do some serious rebounding.

nazr can pass
2 assist so far tonight

nazr can pass
2 assist so far tonight

Not counting a nice pass to Mass that he wasn't looking for.

I still want to see an extended run of Tim and Nazr together on the court. They would do bad things to the other team's front line.

Aggie Hoopsfan

Oh, and it sure would have been nice to see him in down the stretch. I mean, if we're gonna try and piss the game away with all Tony all the time on offense, at least throw in the guy who might get you an offensive rebound.

No Nazr in the whaning minutes of the game. He could have probably limited the Nugs offensive boards.

groin injuries are VERY easy to get over.

Of course.

Aggie Hoopsfan

Yeah, the groin injury was obviously affecting his game all night long [/ignorant dumbass Pop apologist]

7 points, 9 boards, 2 assists (shoulda been three, thanks TMass), 1 block, 1 steal, and an un-Spur like 3-4 from the FT line, in 16 minutes.

That groin was obviously giving him hell.

so play the guy 30 minutes after he gets back from that injury, reinjure in, and make a dumbfuck Pop thread saying he shouldn't have played him that long.

Your game is tired already.

Wow, that was very UNchampionship ball. Dumbest crunch time in a long time for Spurs.

HUGE boost to the Nuggets, and we're back in a dead heat with Suns for HCA.

Rockets push us forward, and we jump back. dammit

Aggie Hoopsfan

Fuck, at least I got game. You're on here whining about playing a guy 30 minutes when we're talking about playing him three more minutes

Game? You don't even have enough to be the water boy.

T Park
03-12-2005, 11:29 PM
oh im so fuckin hurt. :rolleyes.

Yeah you limit a guy's minutes coming back from injury,

but, no, youd want him in for a long extended period of time and rehurt his damn groin.

Classic.

Are you fucking illiterate?

We're talking about three minutes, forty-nine seconds dipshit. The guy spent more time on the court for pre-game warmups than he spent on it with the Nuggets.

I know you're a Popapologist, but come on. If he couldn't have gone another 3:49 tonight, he shouldn't have been out there.

You're sorry, weak little take makes it sound like we were asking him to play 48 minutes tonight.

Your sexual exploits with the female persuasion notwithstanding, three minutes, 49 seconds is *not* a long extended period of time.

Nazr is the goods. He made three REAL nice interior passes tonight, one of which caught TMass totally by surprise. He's a beast on the boards. Fucker gets up HIGH. Best trade the Spurs have made in ages.

his interior passing is what impressed me the most, if it wasnt a fluke he will fit right in next to duncan

his interior passing is what impressed me the most...

That's actually very difficult. There are a lot of arms and bodys in there, and not one of his three passes was touched by a defender. Tim had better be ready.

and i forgot to mention was his offensive rebounding, it seemed like he was right under the rim on several occasions

The thing I enjoyed most about it was no more of those Malik moments where the defender just jumps/reaches over Rose's head to snag away a rebound.

If Nazr has you boxed out, you ain't getting the board.

Hats off to Nazr!!! Looks like this guy is going to fit right in. Just keep hustling Nazr and the city will fall in love with you....and more important you will help to get a championship or 2 or 3

The moment I loved... among others... Fastbreak, Tony gets fouled and throws the ball to the rim, Nazr rockets in (on the dead ball) as the shot's wafting toward the hoop, he jumps and grabs it and nearly dunks two-handed behind his head. One of those athletic, just-screwing-around plays.
