it is nowhere to be seen. First time in the last 7 years I see no trace of it.

Not sure if we can blame it all on Manu's injury since I remember Duncan was injured late in the year at least twice in the last 7 years.

This is our SPAM record over the years.
2002-2003 21-5
2003-2004 18-5
2004-2005 19-7
2005-2006 19-7
2006-2007 19-6
2007-2008 17-9

today we are at 5-4 and on pace to have the worst SPAM year by far since at least the last 7 years!

so, is SPAM a factor or not? If it is as it's been said in this forum for years... we are in big trouble

I posted a SpursTalk history of SPAM a couple of weeks ago, I thought it would catch us up in preparation for Chopper's annual pilgrimage. Maybe it will help?

What does SPAM stand for exactly, I'm guessing it means the season record after the asg. And to brazil, 13-4 isn't too hard to imagine, if Pop gets his rotation set before 2 or 3 more losses, and the Spurs respond the way we expect they will.

Not fair to critique them right now with Manu out. And after he got hurt last yr in the playoffs when it really mattered, Pop is really being more cautious this yr than I think he has to be. One month till Playoffs...where the fun really begins...

Spurs Peak After March? Then those stats are nonsense, those stats and the current 5/4 record are FOR March, we need to wait till April to see the Spurs peak

Hopefully this year it'll be Spurs Peak At May. Peaking at March didn't do a lot of good last year.

Peaking, means you reach the highest point. But to reach the highest point you have to be on your way. Spurs are nowhere close to the peak point right now. It's not really their fault, this season has been plagued by injuries to our big guns

actually after all the adversities, I am shocked we are sitting at #2 spot. shocked

spurs are usually playing really sharp, good ball this far after the AS break. This season they are not there yet.
