Seriously, does anyone have any idea when Ginobili is coming back? It's been like a whole month already. I thought it was only supposed to be 2-3 Weeks. I hope is healing well. We are going to need him for the Playoffs.

Post game after the Thunder game Monday:


Spurs G Manu Ginobili, who was initially expected to miss two to three weeks with a stress reaction in his right ankle, has now been out a full month. “He’s going to miss the next couple of weeks probably—the next week or two for sure,” Popovich said.

No one, not even the Spurs medical staff can make a call on that at this point. He's still having pain when jumping. Not ominous, but not good either.

apr 3 against indiana. pop holds him out for the rest of march and gives him the last 8 reg season games to get back in form.

Could this be an Andrew Bynum-type situation for the Spurs, whereas the date keeps getting pushed out further and further, and then ultimately the answer is NEXT SEASON?

I asked my Spurs media source and he says Manu will be back next week.
