I'm glad to see him out there but he looked like he was favoring the leg a bit. Did anyone else notice that ? I guess its to be expected, I just hate to see that. He did dunk though.

Yup, I'm no ankle specialist but when you're coming back from injury your body automatically dictate that kind of thing. You have to build confidence in it.

Good stuff.

One suggestion SDC, leave the sound on the video when you upload the practice footage. Unless you can't.

ginobili is definitely favoring that leg but thats normal. i think hes gonna need about 10 games to get back into game shape and get his rhythm back.

i like the clipper game as his return too.

I see it more as winded, trying to get back in shape.

It would be nice if Manu could come back quickly.
First, he needs to find his rhythm back.
Second, I think Gooden will play when Duncan is on the bench and will play a lot of mintues with Manu. They need to get some chemistry.
Third, the backup PG slot has been quite a mess since Manu's injury. The sooner Manu is back the sooner Pop will figure who should be the backup PG.

I think this is because they dont want teams hearing plays and other insider information. That and sometimes players have mouths. It's private stuff.

Another theory is that he's favoring his left nut over his right nut... :hat

What's it called when you run plays but no one is on D? Is it just going through plays? And a Hill/Manu/Bowen/Gooden/KT 2nd unit will rock hard. They'll have to starter quality players in there. Hell, Hill has shown he's a decent starter, so make it 3.

Pop looks like the janitor of the Spurs practice facility. when he walks up to Manu it seems like "hey you, are you the guy who trow the towel on the shower floor?!" Manu: "uh, I tought I hit the laundry basket...."....Pop:"no, you didn't! next time I come in with the wet towel and show you the Argentinan towel whip dance"

i say all of them can be starter quality players. Hill has proven it. Manu is a starter on any other team. Bowen has been a starter in his career not so much anymore. Gooden can start definitely. Thomas has shown he can take place of Duncan when Duncan's injured.
