After a week off the Sprint Cup cars are heading to Bristol, Tennessee for on of the the most exiting races in NASCAR here a look at this week picks

Bristol

Strong: Jeff Gordon
Matt Kenseth

Not so Strong: David Ragan
Juan Pablo Montoya

Dark Horse: Bobby Labonte

Carl Edwards has two wins in the last three NASCAR Sprint Cup races at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Cousin Carl's won the last 2 night races at Thunder Valley. Sunday's race is in the daytime when it looks something like this:

The view (a couple of years ago, obviously) up the main driveway into the speedway. The driveway curves around to the right into the main part of the parking lot and the Bruton Smith Building, which houses the administrative functions and the gift shop/Thunder Valley experience.

They offer tours, but I was there on a Sunday afternoon when they were having drag races across the street and a driving school at the track, so no such luck.

And thanks to the economy, this is the first year there's been tickets available.
