Probably not, this loss reminded me of the Cowboys lose to Pittsburgh last year...there is no recovery.

Looking at the upcoming schedule, I'd say it is relatively easy but I really hope some of the spurs can step up

Yeah, at this point, I wouldn't "expect" the Spurs to win any games. Each one will be a struggle with the way this team is playing. I think psychologically, this one will linger till at least the playoffs.
