Relatively large ISP is going to be shutdown here in Australia for having a message board promoting torrents or providing links or some shit. Dangerous stuff.

I think you're right, and I think they'll be back on the "air" soon. The news makes it sound like they were actually storing video, audio, and pirated software on their servers. Not the case at all. They store .torrent files, which are nothing more than hash and checksum files.
