Anyone going to opening day/night games?

I'm really tempted to get tickets to the Rangers' opening day game or night game. I was just wondering if it's really worth going to a team's opening day game or night game.

I'm going to the Rangers-Indians game on Opening Day.

It'll be my first OD and I'm going with some good friends, so it's gonna be a fun weekend. We're leaving SA on Saturday and spending the weekend in the Metroplex.

I'm going to the Indians/Blue Jays opening day, but it's really not opening day since they play in Texas before that. Real opening day is when they haven't played a game

Couldnt find tickets for opening day here in houston, well at least not at a reasonable price
going the second day though, so opening series i guess
