Beno even mentions that his friends are in town -- talking about HipHoopers (Jiga) and Bor.

If Byron plays Dickau and Claxton together, then Pop will have to go with Wilks and Beno in the same backcourt.

Is that Rasho throwing FTs in the background of the Beno video?

Beno is going to put up a show for his friends tonight, the Hornets are toast :)

Have they been doing that regularly?

Yeah, that's Rasho in the distance, but what I find even more interesting is that Earl Boykins is right behind Beno shooting around. I guess the Nuggets released him and we picked him up on waivers. You'd think that kind of thing would get reported.

And he should wear another jersey that one makes him look even smaller!

Beno used 37 times "you know" in a less than a 3 minutes interview. This is more than 1 "you know" every 6 seconds, not even considering the time used by the questions being asked. I don't think he said a single sentence w/o using "you know". http://www.spurstalk.com/forums/images/smilies/smilol.gif

You know, someone has to tell him about this, you know. http://www.spurstalk.com/forums/images/smilies/smispin.gif

maybe when your learning english, you do the best you can.

It does get annoying, but what the hell, its amazing the kid can talk as well as he does.

Beno didn't have the "you know" when I met him this summer and his English was just as good. I think that he picked it up from Tony, you know. But let's get back to the content of the interview. The nitpicking is tiresome.

It does get annoying, but what the hell, its amazing the kid can talk as well as he does. His English is very good! He should just try to limit the "you know" to no more than 3 per minute http://www.spurstalk.com/forums/images/smilies/smismile.gif

you know" to no more than 3 per minute

whats funny Rick, he speaks better than half the other players in the NBA.

Shaq and Rafer Alston included in that list.

BTW, someone tell rafer that your supposed to be respectfull to your coach.

Have they been doing that regularly?

No, not that I know of. I don't see them doing that regularly because of depth, but with Parker on the pine, that's what I'd do at certain stretches of the game (staggered).

ie Backcourt rotations
Dickau, Smith
Dickau, Claxton (Smith to SF)
Claxton, Jacobsen (Smith out, Nailon to SF)
Dickau, Jacobsen (Claxton out, Nachbar to SF)
etc.

When Beno starts calling things his "bread and butter," or says "I'm just trying to stay aggressive" or "Pop yell at me," or calling the starting PF "Teemy," then Tony's mentorship of him should be scaled back a bit.
