I just hope he can hit shots like this in the playoffs when he won't be able to get quite so open.

Shit, with Manu back, running in the lane causing defenses to collapse, he'll get MORE opportunities.

Oh Fo Sho!! Totally agree....the right play will always leave the goods open! && he doesn't need that much time w/ his awesome quick release! Mase is gonna be a MONSTER in the playoffs!

Yep and it's high time Pop allows Roger to concentrate on playing the #2 position and let Hill & Vaughn take over for Tony when he gets a breather!

I love this guy. He definitely has got a good set of you know what on him. He lives for those moments, and I love it. Outside of the big 3, teams have got to respect Mase when he's out there in crunch time. I just bought a Mason jersey last wk at the Spurs vs. T'Wolves game and as soon as I put it on....I felt my "marbles" grow. :lol:downspin:

It is kinda neat how one play or shot can sometimes be the difference between a sense of calm or mass panic.

Think about the fallout that 0.4 caused.

I didn't think I could ever be so effing mad about an orange ball going through an orange hoop.

FKN Mason...dude rocks. But the team can't play like this and expect to escape round 1.

Don`t play Mason as PG. Give him the ball to shot his money shots. That`s all Pop !

Bench Finley for good...

Mason is a hot or cold type of guy. Seems more cold lately. He needs to be way more consistent in order to benefit the Spurs.

You know I wish Pop would just let Mason do what he does best. He's no PG(he knows that and we all know that), but clearly the guy can shoot, and we should let him enjoy his true role. Stop forcing him into a position he is not comfortable with.

He could ante up with better D though.

That's funny, I seem to remember him chunking up shots and couldn't hit water
if he fell off a boat...
Before Monday's game, he played like garbage the past few games, so I'm
letting him off the hook quite yet.

Define cold :hat You mean cold-blooded?

But Maze is more dangerous in cruntch time, and that matters a lot to me

i predict mason shoots less than 40% during the playoffs.

of course, pop is in love with the guy now that he's finley_v2.
