I've been talking to this girl on facebook (we know each other in real life, she lives in San Antonio and I in Corpus) on and off for the past couple of months.

A couple of months ago we saw each other at church and I hadn't seen her in years since she moved, so I went up and told her hello since we had been friends on facebook before that. Well it was kind of awkward because she was really quiet and just kept smiling the whole time and I gave her a hug and told her it was good to see her, blah blah blah. Ok well after that, she starts messaging me on facebook.

She starts off by telling me "you looked good lol" and is, what I deemed, fairly flirty. So I think, "Wow what if she's into me". She's really attractive so I was fine with that idea. She infers several other things and makes me think that she's into me. I get interested and start messaging her too. This has been going on for a while.

Well today she messages me and we start talking and stuff. I mention to her that I'm going to San Antonio this weekend. She tells me to give her a call and I said "Well, I think I would have to have your number to do that haha". So she gives me her number, I text her and give her mine. Great, I'm going to call her this weekend and meet up with her and see how things go. WRONG.

A couple of minutes later, we are talking about her sister's wedding. She asks me if me and my family are going and I said yes (we have known her and her family for 10+ years). I asked her if she was excited and she goes "yeah i am. my bf is too". I was thinking "Ok...hopefully she means best friend but I doubt it". I casually go "Why is your boyfriend excited haha". And she responds "IDK he just is".

WTF?!?! Why would she be messaging me and being flirty (at least to my perception), give me her number, want to hang out...if she has a boyfriend?? That really pissed me off and now I'm in a bad mood because shit like this always happens.

I've gone for girls that have had boyfriends before, knowing that they had boyfriends and stuff, and it's always ended really bad for me. I've never won one over, that's why that was an instant turnoff. Just more frustration and nothing good ever comes out of it, at least for me. I know for some guys they can still get the taken girls. Not very. We hadn't talked in about a week actually. The church thing was, I want to say early February. So that's almost 2 months. You're right, she could have but even then, why would she keep talking to me? She messages me more than I have messaged her.
