What happened is that he tried to kiss his hooker and she tried to bite his tongue off... so he beat the living shit out of her. I guess it was pretty bad, she had a bunch of broken facial bones... which is sad and makes this far less funny than I originally thought. Anyway, that's why he's covered in blood and wearing a hospital gown.
