Did you ever play Uncharted for the PS3?It's a third person shooter like RE. It's like a combination of Indy Jones/Tomb Raider plus a little bit of RE. It's at least worthy of renting.

Nazi Zombies is hours of fun especially with a good squad of 4. The new map is just crazy difficult. I havent got passed wave 14. Damn Teddy Bear in the mystery Box. Dont get me wrong L4d and I have both games. I would much rather play Nazi Zombies.

I've actually heard it's one of the worst baseball games in a long time. There are supposedly a ton of things that should not happen in a baseball game that do. Sad.

I've ordered from this website several times, and they are by far the best for prices and quality that I have ever seen. You will pay three to five times more in a store, most likely. I cannot recommend them enough.

75 ft of cat5 cable is under $10 there. You'll pay at least 30 in a store, I would think.

Well, if you're got a 360 it's considered a stellar game. NHL 09 is great too, and so is Dead Space.

L4D is awesome. I've had it for a few months and it has ceased to get old for me yet. Plus I hear through the grapevine that there is some DLC coming soon that might add I think one new level, though I think the PC gamers might be getting the better end of that deal.

My favorite games are still Bioshock, Dead Space and L4D. I've just started playing Bioshock again, great game. I also just finished playing through Dead Space for maybe the 7th or 8th time and I love that game as well. Can't miss with either game.

speakinf of L4D... damn they changed the shit out of the roof of Mercy Hospital... at first they just cut off the hiding spot under the walkway to the helipad (I'm guessing because it was waaay too easy to just camp there with your squad and not get touched by a single infected)... but now they completely redesigned the entire damn roof. I guess it keeps things fresh.

I haven't played L4D, but I saw a video of it the other day and it totally was different from what I expected the game to be. I was picturing multiplayer half life with zombies and needless, what I saw was different. I may have to consider picking that game up.

If you have a half decent computer (my badass baby was stolen, now Im using an old Intel 2.8 single core, 2 gb of ram and one nvidia 6800 vga), you can play it fine.

D/L the demo (if there is one) and give it a try. Its worth it. You dont like it, delete it.

Quite true. The highlight of this fact are the actual quotes used during the loading screens. Love those...cant say I ever shooshed my wife before because a loading screen came up.

All the history behind the units, thier rise and fall, useage, equpiment. Not to mention the history of the factions/countries/empires of the time periods Creative Assembly uses.

The great inventors/artists/statemen of the times, the political leanings of other world powers.

Shit, talking about all that I havent even mentioned the damn game. Huh, that explains why I dig this and Civilization 4. You learn so damn much without having to study every freakin detail of the rise and fall of (say, for example) Tokigawa of Japan.

Civ IV used to be crack to me... it's a really bad "one more turn then I'll stop" game.

Only real problem I have with it is that if you're playing on a huge world and it's getting towards the late-game, you have to deal with loads and loads of slow-down. It's probably my computer, but it plays so fluid for the first 3 ages... all to just slow to snail.

i have made it up all the way to level 31, the ray gun is shit at that point it takes at least three hits for the zombies to go down.

I got to about half that (16), was ridiculous. I grabbed a Browning by chance from the mystery box and last other guy had a flamethrower, didn't last more than 1 - 1 and 1/2 waves.

Valve actually got there way in regards to the zero price tag. M$ had been pressuring them to put the standard 1400-2000 M$ point tag on it, but Valve fought since it was releasing for free on the PC. Are there mods for L4D on the PC yet?

I really need to upgrade my PC, I'm thinking of building one from scratch, but that's a whole different thread. :toast
