He is undoubtedly a great coach, but that does NOT mean that he's not making some major mistakes right now, such as not playing Hill and particularly not settling the rotation.

I can't remember the last time a Spurs team had so little chemistry and was in such disarray this late in the season. Some of that is injuries, but not all - they are not affecting the PG rotation or the SF rotation.

31. Makes adjustments when necessary (my favorite was when he stopped forcing the ball into TD on every single play early in his career post-Parker & Gino and started incorporating more ball movement/motion into the offense)....and soon he will make the adjustment of starting Parker AND Hill in the backcourt together. THAT'S RIGHT, I SAID IT!!

72. takes a huge risk every year (especially in the playoffs) of putting one of his good players on the bench in order for the other players to get confidence playing in the starting unit. Now a lot more coaches have turned to doing it.
