Most of the 'name' ones will give you a free estimate. Some do it over the phone, by size and number of rooms. Others will come out to do it.

My cousin cleans homes and has built up his clients all by word of mouth. He works on his own and does a great job and I think he charges somewhere around 50-$100 depending on what needs to be done. He is doing very well.

Cheap ass Consuelo isn't covered for shit and you're fucked. There are times when we've been met with some resistance on the residential end of things but never commercially. Most places require insurance and bonding to even get the job. We bank on that.

Why not just get a woman? Mine gives me some resistance from time to time but all in all it works great.

Anything over $100 is fucking crazy. It takes 4 hours to clean a house thoroughly. At $10 an hour that is 40 bucks. I don't give a shit about insurance.
