It can vary greatly, but figure 45-60 dollars for a 2000 square foot home that isn't too filthy...

Most of the 'name' ones will give you a free estimate. Some do it over the phone, by size and number of rooms. Others will come out to do it.

I own a cleaning and janitorial service.

A typical house cleaning would range from 125-175 and a serious deep cleaning would range from 250-350.

Typically you get what you pay for. If you want some lazy fuckoffs who work on the side come and clean your house its possible to pay as little as 50-75 bucks but most places that are insured and bonded won't do a job for less than 125.

My cousin cleans homes and has built up his clients all by word of mouth. He works on his own and does a great job and I think he charges somewhere around 50-$100 depending on what needs to be done. He is doing very well.

Tell him to stop selling himself short. Especially if he's insured.

$80/month on a rotation or $100 even for a full clean every month.

And that's once a month. If I wanted them to come every two weeks, then it's $140/month.

Damn. At those prices she better look like this and it better include at least a blow job.

For those prices I think I'll just stick to cleaning my own house.

Sure you can hire some lady who cleans houses on the side for 30 bucks less but what if she knocks over your 46'' flat panel or puts a huge dent in your 1,500.00 dining room table. Cheap ass Consuelo isn't covered for shit and you're fucked. There are times when we've been met with some resistance on the residential end of things but never commercially. Most places require insurance and bonding to even get the job. We bank on that.

I'll even put on the outfit for you. BJ's are extra.

Why not just get a woman? Mine gives me some resistance from time to time but all in all it works great.

Anything over $100 is fucking crazy. It takes 4 hours to clean a house thoroughly. At $10 an hour that is 40 bucks. I don't give a shit about insurance.

and theyll even put in a free extra hour of work, where they will map out your house so their primo Juan can come by and rob your short ass
