burn 1000 extra calories each day and eat 1000 calories less than you normally do. Other than that, you can try and lose water weight the day of your event but you'll definitly need to gain it back in a day or two.

If you are really obese you can drop 15 pounds in two weeks if you eat less and workout. The first ten will melt off.

Alot of fluids (not pop but natural fruit juice or water), fruits and veggies. Some light cardio, and that should do it. Basically try to eat like how some woman eat for two weeks.

here is what I did a couple years ago...

lots of jogging (about 4 miles a day 5 days a week, usually running 2 miles in the morning, and 2 miles in the evening, plus basketball 2 nights a week), light weightlifting for upper body, low weight with hi-reps. 2 soy-protein meal replacement shakes a day

lost almost 25 lbs in 3 weeks. dropped from around 195 to like 170. 6'1 height.

however, i think there are probably safer ways to lose it.

Food poisoning/intestinal flu/major body cleanse via bad vomitting, diarrhea, dehydration.

Effective but really not recommended in any way, shape or form.

However, since I opened this thread before going to fix lunch . . . this alone could help put you off food.

It's actually pretty easy depending on how heavy you are.

Drink and eat nothing but Water, Tuna, eggs, Turkey. Lift weights (Olympic lifting/coumpound exercies/Barbell Complexes...no iso bodybuilding stuff) and run.

Um..just think about all the shit that has happened in your life and all the bad things tha tpeople have told you. I find stress/anxiety to be the best weight loss method. (j/k , though it does work)

Maybe cut out all suger products out of your diet (including sugery drinks), no snack foods, eat chicken.fish/veggies, but don't starve yourself. Run a few miles a day. You probably won't lose 15 pounds in two weeks, bu you are sure to loose a few.

The reason you cant lose weight is because you have food/body plaque in your digestive system & until you get rid of it, you are not going to lose weight...this is the first thing people should do when considering going on a diet....I lost 9 lbs in 72 hours :wow google search the weekend diet by julian jackson, he lives in SA & has written a couple of books on wieght training & dieting...follow the plan in the weekend diet..you will have to buy some pills..i paid $30 for mine because I got what he recommended..Im sure you could substitute probably..the hardest part is the mental aspect of it..not eating for the weekend, just juice water & pills, but hey it worked for me.
