The Jazz are very close to the Mavs in the standings.

Doesn't matter. Utah will still finish 7th. Dallas though will end up as the 6 seed.

it's gonna be great for our guys in blue to finish at 6th and play the rockets in the first round. playing the rockets in the first round is just like a warmup for the second round.

Seriously? And what post players do the Mavs have to match up with Yao, Scola, and Mutombo? What defenders do the Mavs have to match up with either Artest or Battier?

The Mavs COULD win, but Nowitzki is going to have to play out of his mind because if this matchup happens, he's going to have an awful lot of Artest in his face all series. Battier would probably spend time guarding Howard. I see the Rockets winning in 5 or 6.

Not to mention Brooks will run circles around Kidd all night long. The Mavericks must be high if they really think Houston is a good matchup for them in the playoffs.
