If we get there, I actually want the Lakers in the 2nd round.

Houston.
But if ElNono is correct (with the seedings) we only have 2 teams that we will play this weeked. Portland (Away) or Dallas (Home) no other option.

I agree, I'd take a semi tired Spurs squad instead of a double fatigued squad against them.

i know dallas matches up well with us but:
HCA vs Dallas > No HCA against Portland
i think we can beat the rockets with or without homecourt.
whatever, bring em all on.

I would enjoy watching the Spurs defeat Dallas in the first round for many reasons.
Put Kidd in front of Parker and his eyes will go phosphorescent.
And Bruce on Dirk is instant hijinks.
I'd rather not deal with Portland, let someone else use their energy taking em out... As for the Rockets, they're due to make it to the 2nd round some day.

Actually if the Spurs win on Wednesday, Rockets win, and the Blazers lose we would be the 4 seed and have HCA over the Blazers. So it isnt just a play Portland without it or Dallas with it scenario..
i'll now gladly have the spurs take on the mavs if it means having either houston/blazers playing the lakers.

I would want to see Dallas, portland certainly not. Anyway, as peskypesky said; I dont really care either, we will kick their asses, no matter who we play. GO spurs!!

I really hope this happens. I would thoroughly enjoy a nice easy sweep of the Spurs rather then a tough 7 game series with the Blazers.

Houston. Next Portland. I dont want Dallas. Ofcourse we dont have to afraid anybody, been there so many years. And if you want to win League you have to beat everyone in series.

I voted for Dallas because I'm still mad about the 2006 playoffs. Revenge is a dish best served repeatedly.

I would take either Dallas or Houston, in that order. One other thing to consider is that if we play a Texas team we end up having shorter travels, and gives us more needed rest.

I know you guys want us but I want to see the Rockets take out Portland. The Rockets are the Blazers kryptonite. I'd rather see the Spurs play the Mavs. A first round matchup between the Rockets and the Spurs would not be good for either team.

as the past several seasons, it would be too early for spurs and boys in blue to face each other even in the second round. the spurs and our boys in blue are the only two teams deserving to appear in the WCF IMHO, hell the Suns and Lakers. I would like our boys in blue to play an epic series with the spurs in the WCF rather than second or first round.

wrong, Houston is the 4th largest city in population while Portland is even out of range, the Houstons Rockets suck though. Beating the Super Hornets isn't something deserving so much brag, our boys in blue will definitely sweep the Hornets with a 4-0 in the first round. see ya spurs in the WCF, if only your boys in silver&black will have enough luck to get there.

Dallas...

Dallas because it would mean we have HCA in the first round. Portland and Houston would be difficult to beat without HCA...

Portand being durm up way too much i think. i think Blazer is going to beat a Spurs, but I think Spurs will beat Blazers too. Seven game I think. I think Laker will sweeped Roket. Laker an Spurs in The Final of West Legue.

I want the Rockets, with or without HCA. They've been choking for a decade now, and it'll be sweet if the Spurs boot Scola out of the playoffs

I don't know why people would rather play the Mavericks and Rockets rather than the Blazers. The Mavericks and Rockets have been in the playoffs for a while now and the Blazers are going to the playoffs for the first time in a while, its better to play an unexpeirenced team than a deep team who has experience.
HarlemHeat37

experience is severely overrated IMO..
the Rockets have been "experienced" for years, and they've still been unable to pass the first round..
talent>experience..
