I can begin building my own personal army of minions to go forth and do my bidding. Get me some coffee! Photocopy this!

Maybe if he is lucky, I will teach him something.


Seriously though, it is kinda cool, and I look forward to trying to teach him well.

I'm sure that will make my wife happier. I am under standing instructions not to f*** my secretary. (I don't have one, but in case I ever do, that is the rule)

I've trained several people over time on automation equipment. It's a good feeling when you teach someone things, and they do well at it.

I've trained several people over time on automation equipment. It's a good feeling when you teach someone things, and they do well at it.

It takes about 3 to 4 years to adequately train someone to do our job to any degree of autonomy.

I added up all the pages in all of the manuals/books that I was given at the start of my employment and came up with about 9,000 pages or so. It is more now, because a couple of those books seem to have had babies.
