I think Kori does a very good job of "reigning" in when things start getting out of hand. And warnings, suspensions, bans happen plenty, but they are handled privately so we aren't always aware of it. Further intervention by the admin wouldn't necessarily be a good thing. But a bit more SELF moderation is always good! :)

Many people never understood the point of the bravatars. They were for two things:

1. To promote camaraderie among the female Spurs fans.
2. To raise money for breast cancer research.

They accomplished exactly what they were supposed to do. It was also supposed to be something fun. Like painting your face at a game, or wearing your lucky socks. But with people constantly shitting on it, that led to it not being fun anymore.

I think SpursTalk is still fun but a lot of folks have taken advantage of Kori and LJ's hospitality. They have provided a place where they treat you like adults and give you freedoms accordingly and too many people have acted like children.
