No way it will it happen.The owners will trade away any player who will make them a buck. Even if that means blowing a chance for the playoffs. Years ago the Pirates were a great franchise but the current owners have turned them into the Los Angles Clippers of baseball.

The Pittsburgh Pirates sent Nate McLouth their best player to Atlanta in exchange for three minor league players. The second year in a row the Pirates trade away their best player. Must be tough being a Pirates fan!
