My bad never heard that. But linked to and tested positive seem different.

it doesn't really even matter whether he was linked to them or not.

the union fought testing tooth and nail for years (not that it was being pressed very hard on them for a long time), and - as a result - nobody from that era is above suspicion to the point where we can say "that guy didn't do it."
