There's only 3 refs I don't like much:

Dick Bavetta because I think he's more into drama than calling a fair game.

Joey Crawford because he lets emotion cloud his calls.

Bennett Salvatore because he constantly makes the stupidest of calls. I still can't believe that Finley out of bounds in the Houston series back in 04 that he didn't call when he was like 2 feet away from it.

Joe Crawford, Salvatore are up there. Jim Capers is bad, but I don't know if he refs anymore.

Really? Maybe I just notice more because she's a woman, stands out more and there's a latent bias, but it seems like I'm bitching about the job she's doing just about every time I see her. I forget which game, but a couple nights ago in fact I was shaking my head at her calls a couple of times.
