You could try that Justin.tv thing. I know posting the link is against the rules, but the NBA should take care of their business, and as a paying customer, you have a right to see the game one way or another.

Hehe, i just noticed i misstyped it.

The sad thing is that some of the free streams have just as good quality as the officiall one for which I paid.. (oh and it doesnt work :lol )
