Pop was showing Bonner the respect any good coach shows his player by allowing him one last chance to prove his worth as a starter. He probably will start next game but by no means be closing the game.

Perhaps pop thought the game was out of control and didnt want to show his Drew Gooden hand at the end game.

Parker started cold, cant have that again.

Duncan was duncan, NEED THAT AGAIN

The three ball guys need to shoot like that again.

Spurs cant shoot 38-81 while allowing 42-78.

This game was just an all around butt whooping.

Cant put all the blame on bonner but will say, WHEN YOUR OUT OF POSITION 95% OF THE TIME, SHIT 18 MINUTES OF VALUABLE PLAYOFF TIME AND SHOOT ONE TIME AND GET ONE BOARD IT IS VERY JUSTIFIABLE TO POINT THE FINGER.

Heres to game 2 and a brilliant turn around!! :toast

I caught the last 3 mins of the game, and saw Bonner in while we were down. I almost died.

How do you go from 3rd string to starter/closer of games?

I was hoping Pop would throw all the bullshit coaching out the window when the playoffs started, but I guess I was wrong.

Well, we had over 20 threads about how much Bonner sucks and 30 more of MavFan talking shit. If I came off as coarse it is for a very good reason.

If I was here last night, 10 of those Bonner threads would have been from me haha.
I'm just keeping it chill, and looking to game 1 as "one of those games"
We will rebound if Pop decides to coach.
