Portland looked out of sync in its 108-81 loss to the Rockets on Saturday night, but Blazers beat writer Jason Quick says the Rockets had a lot to do with that. So how do the Blazers bounce back for Game 2 on Tuesday?

I am pretty scared about Game 2...you KNOW they are going to front Yao like no other but the bad Omen for next game was all too clear........

David Stern..he actually went to t heir game because he promised all the die hard fans over there...you think he is going let them down this series?

Fronting Yao is what all teams will do to us. If we can't figure it out now, then we don't deserve to move on simple as that. Even with T-Mac, they'd be fronting Yao. Fronting Yao means there should be a gap behind him. That's what cutters are for.

Did he just say Yao will go down as one of the great centers all time? I'm a homer but come on now...this coming from a Blazer reporter?

If they front Yao, he has the inside position for rebounding so we'll use brooks to spread the floor with his attacking drive and quickness, 3pt rain, or quick passes for a cutter to the basket. I'm not overly concerned with fronting. I also think that Yao can push his defender out creating more room for a lob pass or rebound or a cutter to the basket or if Yao is able to make the 15-18 foot J, it won't matter.

Sons first off i must say congrats to houston, you guys came out quick, Yao was unstoppable as usual. you guys had a game plan it looked like to get the crowd out of the game fast and you did just that as skilled and precise as ive seen this season.. This was the hardest game ive had to watch in a long time... blazers were out coached and outplayed with ease... all i can do is hope this doesnt happen again on the next game, i knew houston was going to give this team alot of trouble but never did i expect this.. once again congrats houston.

Blazers can't win without veteran leadership.
