I don't know, but that's why I put the youtube in. Maybe someone that knows how can make another one of Duncan's three without the writing on it.

I use Video Avatar (http://geovid.com/Video_Avatar/) - the name speaks for itself :) All you need is a movie file :) You can crop it, zoom, resize, etc
