That has nothing to do with the way Paul is conducting himself on the court. His behavior in the middle of a possession -- throwing a defenders arm off of him in an exaggerated fashion, extending his forearm out of clear frustration -- are examples of the fact that he isn't able to coherently break his man down and is trying to get his man to be called out for fouls, rather than just outworking him.

Probably a bit of both. From the get go he came in training camp in DET 10-15 pounds later and early in the season he was attacking the basket ALOT. Looks like the trade took it up another notch.

The spurs are the only team in Texas that the Fakers can beat, I mean even the Rockets would be a big problem for the Fakers in the second round. Reasonably the Fakers want the spurs in the WCF, but that isn't gonna happen.

I can't believe the Hornets are losing this badly. I kinda expected this series to be a lot more competitive.

But you have got to take your hats off to the Nuggets. Carmelo has nine assists tonight to go with his 22 points and the Nuggets as a team have 23 assists on 37 shots! They are playing well and every shot is going in.

The Hornets have got to defend better and get something out of their bench besides Posey, if not, I can't see why this couldn't be a sweep.

Hornets need to rebuild. They really don't deserve to be in the playoffs. I doubt even one game will be competitive. (no offense Reverend)

they belong as much as the rockets

The sad thing is the Hornets won't be able to due anything in the offseason due to the shitty contracts they have on the team. If a trade happens it will be just to clear some room off the salary cap. They could still take 2 in New Orleans and make this a series, but right now I don't see any adjustments they can make to stop Denver's defense. It doesn't help either that Denver is making some wild shots and getting great offense out of Chauncey.

To be honest with you, I want the Spurs because whooping them would not only give us more credit towards team of the decade once we go on to win the title, but also widen our margin of victories over them. The Spurs have a legacy that we are trying to bring to an end. The Mavs dont have shit, and Houston is still living in Hakeem's glory days.

Beating a Manu-less Spurs and losing in the finals again is not going to help anything.

Paul isn't guarding Billups.

Hopefully, the Hornets pull a '06 Heat or '08 Spurs and come back.

Every game the Rockets play in is very competitive. Seems like the Hornets get blown out every game.
