because he wore a tie on the road. Doesn't he usually just wear a shirt with a sports coat, but no tie when they play on the road? If so, that is why the Spurs lost.
I am being a little superstitious, but hey. How else do you explain playing like they did last night. The guys probably came out of the locker room and saw Pop with a tie on and were thrown off.
Just trying to lighten the mood guys.
other teams make adjustments when they are getting beat. pop does not.

I was surprised that Mason did not get any early shots when he was guarded by JJ. Mason could easily shoot over the top of JJ. We should have punished the Mav's for putting him on the floor against Mason. Also, it seems like we forget about passing to the open man particularly when the ball comes inside. Duncan and Gooden were both quilty of this.

I think the loss was a combination of the tie and the fact that the game was on NBATV. :hat
