So, if you're Rick Carlisle, you've actually got a tough assignment right now. You've got to keep Dirk and the Dirklings concentrating, watching film, focused etc after a gigantic win. Historically, the Mavs haven't always been consistent. How can Rick keep their attention?
On the other hand, Pop has it easy, he's got a veteran team that's pissed, embarrassed and knows it needs to win the next game. All the intangibles now favor the Spurs and Game 3 will really be the bell weather game. If the Mavs can beat us with our team angry and focused then they're the better team this year. We'll just have to accept that. I'm betting they can't but the moment of truth for both teams is at hand. As a Sports fan Saturday should be great theater!
