Yes. Yes it is. I'm very happy to be gone. And, since all my family has finally moved away, once I get the rest of my stuff out of storage, I'll be completely without ties to the area for the first time in my life.

Watts is the really bad part of LA; much worse than Compton, except of course the areas of Compton nearest Watts.

Orlando was number 6 and I was really surprised about that. I went to Orlando and Kissimmee back in March and they didn't seem like dangerous cities to me. I'm also surprised that Memphis is so high.

Statistically speaking a lot of these metros are pretty close ... and the stats only reflect crimes that are reported to the local PD.

Three 6 mafia, seriously. They're from Tennessee and their music is extremely popular amongst the young black population there. Their label is called "hypnotize minds" and has been known to incite riots and make people act crazy. All of their old work was satanic and about gruesome murder, they pretty much rapped about nothing else. "Tear Da Club Up" actually got banned in clubs because people were literally tearing the clubs up. I seriously wouldn't doubt if this played a part in it.

WPB is a weird town. You can be in basically the richest area in the country where Madoff's mingle with Trumps on lobster, and make 3 left turns and be in the ghetto. Palm Beach Island is pretty ritzy and nice, but off that Island it's really sketchy
