what I'm trying to say is we may be up by 6. But we are not playing our game. First, Aaron Brooks is way off, if they are going to double and front Yao he needs to hit that shot. Second, our guys aren't passing the ball enough and are turning it over. The BIGGEST reason however is, we are THE WORST 4TH QRTR team in the league. We usually rely on a double digit lead going into the 4th to have any hopes of winning the game. Trust me, seen way too many rocekts games to be satisified.

wtf happened to this guy? He used to jump off a fucking trampoline and facial it over guys every time. Now hes playing scared.

You desperately need a star guard for those moments.
^ Exactly. Losing a 19 point lead in the 4th (vs bulls) will never escape from the back of my mind. Tmac used to close games out pretty well.

I don't know but if he starts out playing the same way in the second half, I hope Adelman doesn't wait to pull him. If he isn't going to wake up I would rather see Chuck in there.

Aaron Brooks is a horrible decision maker. Sometimes I wonder if he even knows the offensive sets.
The Franchise
04-26-2009, 09:54 PM
Please take Aaron Brooks out of the fucking game!!!
If aaron brooks isn't going to shoot his open shots why should he play? Comeon aaron.
See what I meant about this game? its a 1 point game now. Portland will win it as much as i hate to admit it.

It starts with the fucking 7 foor oaf, you won't ever get the ball by just standing there.
I swear to god he looks like a 10 year old with down syndrome as he tries to get position. Yao ming sucks!

can't believe how badly Portland are killed by undersized Lowry in offensive reboud.

Man, if someone told Artest to throw the ball at the ground right now, he'd miss...
The Franchise
04-26-2009, 10:40 PM
Why would Landry pass up a three foot shot to give Artest a twenty foot shot? That may end up being the fuckup of the game.
Chuck Hayes with the game winning play.

Brooks is very bad in clutch, He is an 87% freethrow shooter but this is the second game where he misses couple of freethrows in clutch time.

Like I said earlier today, FT's in crunch time is the most telling aspect of BB to see if a player is clutch or not.

Good win Houston. Role players stepped up big, just like last game. I see Ron Ron is the same old chuker, but you can't deny he's a great defender. Now your team needs to make sure they don't relax. Try to contain the early energy from the Blazers, and if you keep it close they will probably crumble with the pressure.
