Walton Buys Off Me

As one of the founding fathers of Spurstalk, I reserve the right to say what I want, when I want and the best part? An audience always seems to gather when I do.
The Spurs will win tonight, I personally guarantee it. As sure as Zach Randolph is passed out on a couch right now with a bag of weed, a loaded gun and an empty bucket of KFC at his feet, the Spurs will win tonight.
This is a message to Spurs and Mavs fans alike.
To the Spurs' fans doubting the team; you're the same bunch I had to personally reel back in after the two devastating losses in Detroit during the 2005 Finals. Guess who won that series?
To the Mavs fans living it up like Mark Cuban at gay pride parade; you're the same group of morons that raised a banner for winning the Western Conference. Small accomplishments amuse fragile squads. You haven't won squat.
The playoffs are not over people- where's the championship pedigree here?
Let's hit the reset button and take it one game at a time. You never know what the future holds.
Tonight and every other game in this series is a must win. Yes Manu Ginobili is out. Yes Pop appears as competent as the Argentinean medical staff with his refusal to play George Hill and his being the only living organism on the planet that believes Matt Bonner is an NBA player but guess what? In a must-win game, if you give me Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Bruce Bowen and Gregg Popovich, I TAKE THOSE ODDS.
Start planning for game 6.
