Closing the border does to do something. It helps prevent the swine from spreading. Texas high schools are not doing sports for 2 weeks to help prevent from spreading. My wife called and said they are closing some schools to help prevent from spreading. The Mexican professional soccer leagues will not have fans watch the games to help prevent from spreading.
