He will be a RFA if Knicks extend a $2.9M QO.

Talk about a back up point guard that can score. This would be a Pop wet dream and he brings good energy. I do not think he will be overly expensive, I bet a 4M offer would do the trick.
He has his limitations, but he would easily be the best scoring back up PG the Spurs have had in a while and he is pesky.
Thanks again Bruno :tu

I actually saw Nate Robinson recently, so kind of funny..
he's a fan favorite here..I would want him, but only as a lesser option..I'd like to fill the SF and big man needs as the primary plan..

If they could somehow get him, why not..Great scorer, energy guy, hustles, and plays some pretty good D.

If they got Nate they would need to trade Hill, otherwise Hills value would just fall into nothing ala Beno's.

Uh, no, you could play Hill at his natural position the 2 guard.
Nope.
No further explanation needed.

A 6 Foot 2 Shooting Guard. Excellent Idea!
They're out there.
AS for the topic at hand, Nate is just an infectious little dude. I like watching him play in general, even though he does jack up some ill-advised shots at times.

Yeah that Allen Iverson kid will never amount to anything.

I like him alot but if we want to have a chance at a championship the usual formula is to form a team that can escape your conference. And right now, we need to get taller, and more athletic. The Lakers are ridiculously tall. We need height. At the swing and PF positions. Nate will not help us reach the finals.

Nate's athleticism allows him to play bigger than his height (susceptible to being posted up though), but length from the 3-5 positions couldn't hurt.

We need size. Real size. Not undersized athletes.

I wasn't lobbying for Nate as a Spur, just making a comment on his game. And as long as you have size and athleticism at other positions (primarily at the 4/5 and maybe even the 3) you can live with being undersized at other positions IMO.

Iverson is a 5'11 Point Guard. You can get away with a 5'11 PG.
6'2 SG? Errr.
Huh. He couldnt play PG for his life.

Nate is exactly what Pop wants out of a pg (although he plays like a sg). Score, score, score.

No.. The Knicks like him so don't bother looking at Nate..
Besides, we have Hill and I think he'll do us more good than Robinson.

AI never played PG a day in his life. He's a natural born stone cold gunner.

This again. You just finished seeing us play a team with a 6'2' SG in Jason Terry and Joe Dumars was only an inch taller.

I don't like him. He made several dirty moves on Yao.

getting nate might destroy Hill's confidence. sure we can say that Hill will be moving to the 2 spot, but there are a lot of bigger 2's in the league that would give Hill a lot of problems.
what we need to fill are our SF and C positions.

I agree, we should just focus on filling our needs....which is the SF and C.

And he stab Yao's eye with his fingers at the same time.
He intentionally blocked Yao's weak attempt at a jumper before he UNintentionally smacked him in the face.
