Finley: Should waive him (or do we have an option to terminate his contract)..

Bowen: Should waive him and sign him back for a veteran minimum...

Vaughn: Let him go

Udoka: Let him walk

Gooden: I'm pretty sure Pop doesn't want him and he does look like a liability on defense.

Oberto: Let him walk (Isn't he guaranteed a million)

Manu: See how he progresses over the off-season and offer him a 2 year/$20 mill contract. (Or a 3 yr/$30 mill with a team option on the third).

Tony: Offer him the max this off-season.

Kurt: Try trading him. (I do like him as a backup for Tim though)

Splitter: Need to buy him out from his Spanish contract (Tim needs help).

Bonner: Trade him for a 2nd round draft pick (preferably to Toronto).

Gist: The Spurs definitely need some youth movement for next year.

Mahimi: Needs to make a decision and see if he isn't made of glass.

And Finally

PJ Carlesimo: Pop is lost without him and it really shows.

I say Malik Hariston should be part of the new youth movement.

I think Peter Holt is the one that has to make some serious decisions.

The first is whether he wants to revamp the front office and basicllay demote Bufford from any decisions on players. I am all for promoting Dennis Lindsey to VP of player personnel. He could not screw things up any worse that Buford has managed to do.

In 5th game there were 5 or 6 players willing to fight. Of course Duncan, Parker. Rookie Hill, I think Udoka, who was fighting for contract. I saw Gooden`s anger on Pop`s decision. Maybe Bowen.

Finley and Bonner played, because it`s their job. I didn`t saw willing to fight or something.

Do you realize that Manu has one year left and Tony 2 years left on their current deals? Why would the Spurs extend Manu before they know if he will be healthy?

Splitter can't be bought out this summer unless he's willing to go into debt to join the Spurs. Look at some of the Splitter posts here and educate yourself.

How about you get rid of Holt and Buford and let David Robinson run the team. He's been successful with everything he's touched. He's smart, an engineer from the Naval acadamy. He'll bring in a statistician to help with making decisions instead of a gut feel to making player decisions.
