Euroleague final four is coming up.

Semifinal, Friday, May 1, 2009:
Regal Barcelona vs. CSKA Moscow 18:00 CET

Olympiacos vs. Panathinaikos 21:00 CET

Final, Sunday, May 3, 2009

Who will win it?

Not next year. Because of Russian economy their President already announce that they will lower budget for next year. He say team budget this year is €43 million euros ($57 million dollars) but next year budget of team will be €34 million euros ($45 million dollars).

Also, Olympiacos budget this year is $70 million so they actual have bigger budget than CSKA.

True, Russian economy has been hit really badly but CSKA has created a roster that is, in my opionion, much superior to the rest of Europe because of their deep pockets. Maybe they lose, but they enter as favourites to me.

This is best derby ever. I am very glad Vasilo did not play and Bourousis was sick with fever. That was to close for us!

Pao killing CSKA from 3pt range. CSKA is paying the price of not having a proper C on the team. They have to collapse to panathinaikos's big men, leaving the shooters open. I doubt 2nd half will change much.

V-Span is an amazing player. He could have easily become a good player in NBA if he was under a good coach and not this asshole Van Gundy.
He could run the game a lot better than Lowry at Houston if he had stayed.
