9:15 American Airlines flight from DFW. Wonder why he stayed in Dallas? He is in the first seat of first class sitting next to a young white woman. Couldn't tell if they were together. He appeared to be reading a book from the Twilight series as best as I could tell. I really would love to give some words of encouragement for next year but I doubt he wants to hear anything about basketball right now. Very cool to see him on my flight nonetheless.

Pretty cool.

Maybe he had already paid for a trip for Game 6 and didn't want for it to go to waste :depressed

wow! I actually met him in person at UTSA a couple of years back when he was still attending. Me and my (now Wife) were running late to class in the Business building and he was standing right outside the door talking to some hispanic guy. Guess it might have been one of his classmates or something I don't know. It was pretty cool though. Got to shake his hand and stuff.

If you showed him some love I'm sure he wouldn't have minded.

Twilight series book? Come on Bruce...

Well, truth be told I saw the first movie with my Ma and little bro and didn't hate it.

Not at a movie theater or anything, they had rented and it was on when I came over for a home cooked meal. Honest.

"Sitting next to a young white woman" Do you work for TMZ or another of the Hollywood rags?

Bruce Bowen is a very nice guy. He has always been very cool with me the few times I have seen him out in pubic. Once at HEB on 1604 and Blanco. And, another time at Tai Pei off 1604 and Stone Oak. Also, I saw him at Yardley's spa (his wife's spa) once too. But I didn't talk to him there. I really hope we keep him next year.

It'd be absolutely crazy to get rid of him...I'd be pissed as hell.

If you read his twitter, he was in Florida for business and was returning home but had to connect via DFW.

I've met Bruce Bowen a few times, seems like a genuinely nice dude. He probably would've been cool with you talking to him for a bit.

He (and wife) shops at Fred Segal in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills all the time.

Everyone loves him at the stores cuz he's down to earth.

I doubt it's all the time since he lives in SA.

he went to school in fullerton so that's not completely out of the realm of possibility.

i saw him and malik a few years back and tried to talk to him and he blew me off. hell even rodman talked to me for like 20 minutes back in the day.

oh well, i was going to hook his family up to the disney channel for free but no way after that.....
