who is that Rockets fan who is all shaggy and crazy looking with the cowboy hat on who sits courtside at Rockets games? I saw him at the game last night in LA sitting behind the hoop. He kind of looks like Christopher Llyod in the Dennis the Menace movie

He is an NBA fan, and is at a lot of games....I think he is a multimillionaire architect.
