indeed. I haven't been in a while. But, I have a nice bottle of free water on my desk.

It's a nice treat when I'm craving it. I haven't craved it in a while, though.

McD's doesn't have 44 oz slushes. I always get a sugar free vanilla iced coffee.

during happy hour I usually get a diet Dr P with a shot of vanilla.

yum!

I enjoy a nice cold beverage.. but my doctor says, with my arteries in their condition, it's highly unlikely I'll live to see seventy.

Hey I'm not saying what I eat is great, I'm just saying that a slush is friggin loaded with calories.

truth be told though, I've gotten away from that $1 sausage biscuit/hash browns heart attack.....

you eat that and you pretty much should forget lunch and eat a salad with no dressing for supper.

I don't count every calorie, but I try to have an idea what I eat.

I'd like to live past 65.

I have an idea of what I eat. Meat, chicken, pork, burgers, tacos, enchiladas, carnitas, barbacoa.....and a slushie. My grandparents all lived over 80 and my great grandmother lived to 107 and my mom and dad are still going strong at 75. Even the healthiest eaters can drop dead at any time.
Yeah, I know the health risks and all and I do eat lean meat and I've cut back on sodas and stuff but I don't sit there and look at the health charts when I eat out. If it is on the menu and I like it I'm ordering it.
Hopefully I'll wake up tomorrow.

wow, your great grandmother downed slushies and lived to 107? Did she go through the drive thru in her horse and buggy?

maybe she would have made it to 108.
