the previous two NBA Finals losers? Someone asked me that and I had no clue. I can't remember any Finals matchup that had the previous two NBA Finals losers. I guess you could say that it might happen this year if the Cavs and Lakers meet up in the Finals. The Cavs lost in 2007 and the Lakers lost in 2008.

Going in...just like this year, most every Laker fan and the media whores who love them had the (Seven Seasons Ago) penciled in as champions, the same way they had them against the Pistons in 2004. so perceptionally, it's a huge choke. But with Kobe Bryant as your leader, it's really not a surprise, because he hasn't been able to do it without Shaq :P

It's not really a choke when you simply get outplayed. That's like saying the 2008 Patriots choked. They didn't choke, they simply got outplayed that game. And you can't choke an entire 7 game series. You can choke a game(like game 4 of the finals), but you can't choke an entire series away. The better team wins those 90% of the time.

err... They did choke.

Boston should've beaten LA in 5 BTW. Boston were a far better team than LA last season...

OMG Laker fans had the lakers penciled in as champions? They must be favorites everytime this happens!

Long story short analysts/fans/words dont mean shit when it comes to what happens on the ball court. Celtics were the better team.

I guess you could say that, since Asante Samuel dropped the game winning INT:lmao Then you had Moss doing that "get out the way" TD celebration:lmao:lmao

I wonder if Stern and the NBA marketting team know this. I'm sure ESPN and ABC will bring it up if the Lakers and Cavs meet in the Finals this year.
Do you give props to a team that gets to the Finals twice in a 3 year span?

Here we go again with this, if they won that damn game three up 13 late they win this series! They blew that game three and then lost on out, their own fault they blew that lead not Wades nor the refs fault for him getting to the line later on. They had it locked up for their first title, they blew it in that damn game three, they got their fukkin selves to blame.

usted es derecho. Mavs son un gran equipo, las arbitros son pedazos de mierda. Pero nosotros hizo gano los campeonato en las temporada de 05-06, las competencia era amanadas.
