Battier is the only one who has sense to give him the ball, the rest of these D-Leagues act like Nate Robinson and Al Harrinngton and chuck up shots.
Any other stars that don't get the ball from their own teammates?
When Yao is fronted, these dudes cut out the idea of getting him the ball alltogether, and Ron Ron stay taking sh!tty shots.
why you taking contested 3s with 20 left on the shot clock??

In the past few years, maybe, and Tmac is always the first option. But this year I think the major reason is that Shane is the only one that has the BB IQ high enough to seize the righting timing during the fronting and give Yao the ball.

I thought it was funny that JVG was criticizing the Rockets for not getting the ball to Yao, when ignoring Yao in the post was the biggest problem with the Rockets when he coached them.

You obviously never saw the Rockets when it was literally ONLY Tmac and Yao that could even hit the rim. People complained about JVG not being more diverse in the offense.

Apparently I didn't see what you think you saw. I watched Yao fight for position only to have his teammates fail to pass him the ball for years when JVG was the coach.

no, you're wrong. the offense was almost too yao-centric during jvg's years, and t-mac, because of his height and ability to see over the defender, was actually well-suited for passing the ball to yao.

The ball starts with the guards. Battier is the only dude smart enough to get the ball to Yao and he's not even a guard. Other than that, the team is full of chuckers. Brooks sucks. Lowry has potential. Barry hasn't been given a chance. Artest chucks the ball too but sometimes he passes to Yao.

No, he started going to Yao during his final year, but check the stats. A guy shooting 53 percent from the floor should be getting more than 13 shots a game.
