This guy has been absolute trash pretty much every game this series. Not only that, but could you AT LEAST try to play within the offense without dribbling for half the shot clock?

His defense has been suspect as of lately too, not giving the whole effort it seems.

And LOL at the spurstalk local moron "Blake" for his remarks regarding artest. I won't even bother posting tem.

I think he is will be in the upper 20s in the FG% area and lower 20s for 3pt% after this game. Pitiful.

Overrated? lol.

If the Mavs traded Josh Howard for Ron Artest they would be challenging the Cavs and Celtics this year. Ron Artest is probably the best wing player in the game besides Dwayne Wade and Lebron James.

I know you're a troll but it sounds like you seriously bealive that shit. Artest on the offensive end is as overrated as it gets. Only in the Houston Rockets I can name 9 better offensive players: Brooks, Lowry, Barry, Wafer, Landry, Scola, Battier, Yao and McGrady.

Hey! You must have forgotten that Artest was only a small drop off in talent from T-Mac!

He's such a frustrating player: how can someone with such a high defensive IQ have no concept of how to function within a efficient offensive system. It just takes one chucker or ball stopper to negate an entire teams flow.

Artest didn't bother to show up for a game 7 - that shows what kind of player is really is.

Hey I wouldn't blame it all on Artest, everyones not playing the offense very well and he's the main go to guy with T-mac and Yao out. And Brooks disappointed me in game 7, oh well, he's still young, he will learn.

Artest hasn't shot the ball well, but the attitude & intensity he brought to your team is the reason why you even lasted this long. If you don't want Artest I'll take him on the Mavericks any day.

well he doesn't have ariza, gasol and bynum to save his ass when he sucks unlike the other 1st option in this game.

Artest played a bad offensive series against the Lakers. He decided to shoot jumpers instead of attacking the post especially when Trevor Ariza was guarding him.

Ariza couldn't handle him in the post and the Rockets needed a presence in the post when Yao went down. They got from Scola and Laundry in game 6...but desperately needed it today for Game 7.

I don't know why Artest wanted to shoot jump shots most of the series. Adelman should have demanded he go into the post create havoc on the Lakers defense.

Didn't you guys hear the announcers...

"If you're aaron Brooks yhou have to keep the ball out of the hands of artest."

"Artest is in the zone right now, where he hurts the team more than help it."

Yes - I think Artest was trying to be Kobe FFS. There's no excuse for his shot selection.

Once a head case, always a head case.
