Francis has rung up the most technicals for the last 3 years

Magic point guard Steve Francis seems to escape criticism, but he has a nasty temper. News that he had been suspended for three games last week for kicking a cameraman in Seattle was not a big surprise. Francis' 19 technical fouls rank third in the NBA and are five behind league-leader Rasheed Wallace. During the past three years, Francis has rung up the most technicals in the league -- he has Wallace beat 59-53
